Privacy Policy
Poli Labs — Last updated June 2026

Poli Labs built Migaki to work entirely on your Mac. This policy explains what we do (and don't do) with your data.

We collect nothing from the app.
Migaki processes all files locally. No usage data, crash reports, analytics, or telemetry are collected or transmitted. We have no idea how you use the app, which features you use, or how often you open it. That's intentional.

Sparkle update checks.
Migaki uses Sparkle to deliver updates. When Sparkle checks for updates, it contacts our server at polilabs.io to fetch the appcast. This request includes your macOS version and Migaki version number — standard HTTP metadata. No personally identifiable information is sent, and we don't log these requests beyond what a standard web server records (IP address, timestamp).

When you buy Migaki.
Payments and license key delivery are handled by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. When you purchase, you interact with LemonSqueezy's checkout — your payment details go directly to them and are never seen by us. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy applies to that transaction. We receive your email address to deliver your license key and provide support.

License activation.
When you activate a license key, Migaki contacts LemonSqueezy's licensing API to validate the key and register your device. This transmits your license key and a device identifier to LemonSqueezy. No other data is sent. You can unlink a device at any time from Settings → License.

Support.
If you email support@polilabs.io, we receive whatever you include in that email. We use it only to respond to you and don't share it with anyone.

No third-party SDKs.
Migaki contains no advertising SDKs, social media SDKs, or third-party analytics frameworks of any kind.

Changes to this policy.
If anything here changes materially, we'll note it with an updated date at the top of this page.
